song of the day
i was watching American Idol earlier this week and one of the songs that the contestants were given to butcher was this AMAZING song from back in the day.
i remember listening to it back in the 90s. (haha)
they mentioned the artist in passing and so i quickly forgot the name of the group.
so i asked my sis about it.
the email was ridiculously vague though: “the name of the GREAT song that they sang on AI on Wednesday”
she probably doesn’t even watch the show!
anyways, i sent it after she left for work, so i’m expecting a reply tomorrow.
BUT! the one line of the chorus JUST popped into my head 10 minutes ago.
and so i’m listening to the song now.
it’s If I ever fall in Love by Shai
i recommend it if you like smooth melodies and great harmony.
