So You Think You Can Dance is back!

It’s just in the nick-of-time too, cuz I was feeling like i needed some new music to listen to, and the show is always a good source of new tunes.
for example, b/c of the show, I now listen to: Imogen Heap, Fall Out Boy, One Republic, and Sia. ..just to name a few.
And the new music discoveries have already started with this 2008 season!
I heard a cool song my Ani Difranco (which I downloaded yesterday), and there was a cool snippet from a song by Craig Lyons. (…I’m still investigating him 
Speaking of SYTYCD, I’m thinking that the Canadian version will be pretty good. I mean, I don’t see how a low budget could affect the show too much…. all they really need is a stage and a sound system.
oh, and maybe some money to hire good choreographers….
oh yes, and then there’s wardrobe.
…well, the dancers don’t wear much anyways…
hmm, come to think of it, it may not work out too well… cuz they’d also need money to pay for good songs to dance to…
aw nuts.
So I was thinking about who they could get to be the host for the show. (anyone BUT that Mulrooney kid. …PLEASE!)
and the first guy that popped into my head: Sean Cullen
i think that guy is hilarious. (I’ve mentioned him before.)
…. and he has eyes that can pierce through your skull…
anyways, I was thinking this, and then during the commercial break I flipped over to Global, which was showing Last Comic Standing, which is actually a pretty funny show! I watched it last week and was cracking up!
but my main point here, is that Sean Cullen was competing!! *gasp*
i feel like he’s already an ‘accomplished comedian’, but I guess maybe no one knows him in America, so he can still compete on shows like that.
well, he made it through to the next round, which is great. Go Peterborough!
